At Century Store, we engineer our RC aircraft with precision and stand behind our products with the same commitment to excellence. If your aerobatic marvel, high-wing trainer, or builder kit doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed to be as smooth as a perfectly balanced glider.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most products, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and documentation intact – just like you’d expect when unboxing a pristine EDF jet or bi-plane model.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

  • Discontinued Aircraft (as marked in our menu)
  • Builders Kits with opened or partially used components
  • Chuck Gliders with signs of flight testing
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps with the same attention to detail we apply to our aircraft assembly:

  1. Contact Our Ground Crew

    • Product name (e.g., “Aerobatic 450X” or “Indoor 0-600mm WingSpan”)
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos if the item is damaged
  2. Receive Authorization

    • Shipping instructions
    • Exchange options if applicable
  3. Package Securely
    Use original packaging with all accessories and documentation. For fragile items like gliders or flying wings, repackage with the same care we use when shipping to you.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed using your preferred shipping method.

Exchange Policy

Want to swap your amphibious model for a different wing configuration? We offer exchanges for:

  • Different color/size of the same model
  • Alternative aircraft type (e.g., high-wing to aerobatic)
  • Equivalent value products if your original choice is out of stock

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Please indicate your preferred exchange item in your initial email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your RC aircraft arrives damaged or incorrect (perhaps a bi-plane instead of the flying wing you ordered):

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product
  2. Do not attempt to fly or assemble
  3. Contact us immediately at [email protected]

We’ll arrange a prepaid return label if the error is ours and expedite your replacement with the same urgency we apply to pre-flight checks.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
  • Allow extra time for international shipping
  • Refunds will be processed in USD
