Do you offer spare parts for your aircraft?

- Express Delivery Squadron: Carried by DHL or FedEx (10-15 days after dispatch) – $12.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping Wing: Carried by EMS (15-25 days after dispatch) – FREE for orders over $50
How are fragile items like gliders packaged?
Discontinued aircraft and fragile gliders receive special treatment with custom crating and aircraft-grade protective materials. Our packaging is designed to withstand the rigors of global transit while keeping your model in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders come with real-time tracking from our warehouse to your runway (doorstep). You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
